What is B+C grade jade? Don't make a mistake

Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C jade are definitely some of the most popular terms among jade jewelry fans and collectors. Grade A is natural jade, so what does B+C mean?

B-grade jade is jade that has been chemically treated and injected with glue, and is also called "shower jade" (meaning it has taken a bath). It is first soaked in strong acid to wash away impurities, and then filled with epoxy resin to fill the cracks and make the jade look whiter and have better water head. Jade C and B+C products are artificially dyed and colored jade. They are dyed into bright colors based on B products and can be sold at a high price.

How to understand it? To put it simply, it is a low-end jade material with heavy stone properties. Acid washing is to make the stone loose, otherwise how to add color? Filling with glue is to make the color brighter and the water head better. The price of such material is very low and they are sold by tons. The cost of batch production is only a dozen yuan. The key point is that it has an impact on your health.
