Who says cotton is worthless? Look how beautiful this cottony and floating flower jade sheet is when it is carved out!

This piece of material has a little more cotton. Although it takes a lot of effort to process, the water quality is good, the floating flowers are very beautiful, and the unique artistic conception and charm are not available in white-based materials. However, it is difficult to find good materials now. Either the floating flowers are good but not good, or the flowers are too dark and concentrated...

There are a total of 3 pieces of material, two large and one small. They are planted well and the flowers are alive and not blurred together. Looking at the first piece through light, you can see that the plants with flowers are very old and the base is clean.

The second piece feels the same. The floating flowers in the lower part are very beautiful and the seeds are sufficient. A few small cracks are not a big problem.

The third piece is relatively small, and its quality and color are average, and there are also cracks, which can be ignored.

My first feeling when I started carving was that I was making Guanyin. The face was clean enough and the piece was large enough. Most importantly, small cracks were easier to deal with.

After several studies, I gave up on the Guanyin design. After all, the cotton was a big problem. I took the largest parts of the two pieces of material and prepared to make a landscape pendant. After all, such good floating flowers are not easy to come by, and the pendant has more room for creativity.

The first piece is cut like this.

Both pieces are cut and feel pretty good.

The remaining materials can be designed slowly.

On the left are two large and one small piece, the quality is obviously worse.

This piece is leftover from another brand.

I plan to do this one first and then see the effect.

After cutting, I found that this part was of good quality, and most importantly, had no cracks, so I made it into a Wu Shi Pai without carving.

That’s it, just do some simple processing on it to make an antique pattern.

The Piaohua Wu Shi cards were thrown before the festival.

I thought about the upper right corner for a long time and finally named it "Ruoshui", which means "the highest good is like water".

There are a few lines on the back, just fix it!

When lit, the floating flowers appear more dynamic, with no blind spots in 360 degrees.

The landscape card is also ready!

The overall composition and artistic conception are still very good, and the position of the floating flowers is also well utilized.

Looking at it from the front, you can see that the material has a shiny feel.

Not to mention the lighting.

On the back, any minor flaws have been touched up.
