First of all, the so-called "sticky feeling" of jade actually refers to a natural optical phenomenon formed by the disordered arrangement of extremely small and fine crystal particles inside old jade.

This phenomenon is specifically manifested in that when you rotate and observe the jade, you can clearly find that the effect of light refraction on the surface of the jade is in a whole and continuous state. It looks like flowing sticky glue, with a strong glue feeling and bright luster.

Obviously, this "sticky feeling" phenomenon does not exist widely in all jades, but is usually determined by the quality of the jade itself.

Generally speaking, jadeite that has a sticky feel is old and fine-textured, especially high-end jadeite like ice or even glass. The performance is quite obvious, and the crystal grains inside are often not arranged in a directional manner, and there are not even overly obvious impurities and defects, the whole body is bright and translucent.

In other words, generally only jadeite with a sufficiently fine and compact crystal structure and a sufficiently delicate and icy base can exhibit the optical phenomenon of "sticking", but not all natural A-grade jadeite can do so.
