Only 65 beads came out of the 30 million worth of raw stones. Did I really lose?

A treasure owner came to appraise his treasure. He spent 30 million to buy a 48-kilogram bead necklace, but only 65 beads were made of it.

Let’s take a look at his outfit first: the owner of the treasure was wearing gloves when he went on stage, and he was wrapped tightly for fear of getting them dirty. No wonder, the original capital of 30 million is inside!

Look closely at this water, the color is first-rate.

With 48 kilograms of material, we were able to cut out 65 beads of the same color and size. How rare!

It turns out that this is the only colored part of the material, so the beads were taken.

As the saying goes: "Experts look at the species, laymen look at the color." This necklace has reached the ice grade and the color has reached the bright green, with almost no obvious flaws. In the end, even the experts couldn't give a reasonable price.

The jade bead necklace may look simple in style, but it is not easy to make. Therefore, a high-quality necklace is hard to come by and is regarded by countless collectors as a symbol of wealth and status.

Let’s take a look at the production process of jade beads

1. Material selection: Jade bead necklaces have extremely high requirements on raw materials, that is, the water quality must be good, the color must be good and uniform, and there must be no cracks or flaws.

2. Cutting: After selecting the material, cut off the cracks or other defects.

3. Chamfering: Use a chamfering machine to remove the edges and corners and start large-scale grinding of beads.

4. Polishing: Continue to grind the beads into a round shape.

5. Screening: The polished beads may have cracks or different diameters, so it is necessary to select beads with relatively consistent diameters.

6. Punching: Good beads require manual selection of locations before drilling; ordinary beads require ultrasonic drilling.

7. Polishing: Generally speaking, beads with a diameter of more than 20 mm are polished by hand; those below 20 mm are polished by a vibration barrel.

8. After polishing, the last step is waxing, so that the beads will be more shiny.
