2. Color is the characteristic of natural jade. The color of natural jade is distributed along the texture direction, the color parts are connected naturally, and there are color roots. (Color root: It means that the color of jade is concentrated inside the jade instead of floating on the surface.) The green color of natural jade does not turn red when observed under the Charles filter, but is gray-green.

3. The luster of natural jade. The surface of jade has a glassy or sub-glassy luster, feels cool to the touch, and has a relatively high refractive index.

4. The sound is the characteristic of natural jade. Hang the jade and tap it gently with a hardwood stick. If the sound of the jade is crisp, it means it is natural jade. If the sound is dull, it proves that it has been processed. Because in the process of processing jade, the internal structure of jade will be destroyed and the sound will be dull. However, today's counterfeiting technology is so advanced that this method is not very effective.
