The colorful jade products after carving are amazing in the jade world, and their value is inestimable

Colorful jade has rich and bright colors and is more difficult to create, so it is more valuable.

Jade comes in a variety of colors, with six basic tones: green, red, purple, white, black, and yellow. Among them, green is the most varied and is often pursued by some enthusiasts.

In the current jade market, colored jade is relatively good, while two-color jade is hard to come by.

The three colors are very valuable, and the multi-color ones are rare. The more colors there are, the higher the value and the higher the collection value.

Physical and chemical weathering will occur due to the normal temperature, pressure, oxidation, and water content of the earth's surface and the unstable chemical properties of many minerals. Coupled with the changes in temperature between day and night, physical weathering and chemical weathering will occur.

Weathering crusts often appear yellow, brown, brownish red, and maroon due to oxidation and hydrolysis.

These colors are not the inherent colors of jade crystals, and the colors are unstable. They may be completely dissolved when soaked in strong acids, causing the jade to fade.

The common color in jade is green. The green coloring element in jade is chromium ion, which is the primary color. Jadeite can produce its color just by containing a few ten-thousandths of chromium ions.

If iron ions are involved in the coloring, it will turn into dark green, or black green, yellow green, bean green, etc.

The red color in jade is a secondary color, called jadeite.
