The pleasant pastoral theme saves the garbage black-bone jadeite

When talking about black chicken jadeite, the first words that come to friends' minds are probably "garbage", "low-end goods", etc., which are not good words after all.

The material we are going to design today is exactly the "notorious" black chicken material.

It can be seen that the water quality of this material is indeed limited, and the transparency is very low visible to the naked eye.

If the entire piece of material is of this quality, there is actually no need for any processing.

But if you look closely, you will find that there is a little green part in the middle of the material, and the color is pure and rich.

This highlight makes it worth processing!

If we follow the conventional method of maximizing benefits, we would consider taking out as many green parts as possible and making a "golden wire hanging gourd", which would be a good idea.

But this time the jade carver wanted to change the style. He wanted to keep the "useless" black chicken jadeite and then use colorful carving to create a comfortable and leisurely pastoral style ornament!

After deciding on the subject matter, you can start processing the materials.

First, cut the material into a rough shape along the cracks and draw the design on the original stone.

Next, it was time for the jade carver to demonstrate his skills.

The first step is to make a rough draft, roughly depicting the background of pastoral life and setting the tone for the entire work, which is an extremely critical step.

After the rough draft is completed, it has to be slowly and carefully carved to make the details as lifelike as possible to polish the entire work.

The grains scattered on the ground, the pavilion the size of a fingernail, the squirrels looking at each other affectionately, and the simple courtyard all demonstrate the exquisite craftsmanship of the carving.

The green part is designed to look like the fruit trees in the courtyard and the grape vines behind the house, which is the finishing touch.

This scene, which is quite common in life, is portrayed by the jade carver in great detail, making people unconsciously fall into this pleasant pastoral atmosphere.

It is no exaggeration to say that this subject matter has saved the black chicken jadeite, which is known as "garbage material"!

I wonder what the friends in front of the screen think?
