④ Casting

⑤ Plaster mold blasting and cleaning

The gypsum mold after casting is in a high temperature state. After being taken out of the casting machine, it is left to stand naturally for 10-30 minutes, and then put into cold water for blasting and washing. After the plaster bursts due to shrinkage, take out the gold tree, brush off the large pieces of plaster with a steel brush, soak it in 30% hydrofluoric acid for 10 minutes, remove it and rinse it to remove the remaining plaster until the surface of the gold tree is clean.

⑥ Shear casting

4. Model
