The Moshisha jadeite rough stone is cut and then picked up. Let’s see how the sculptor adds the finishing touch!

Today's piece of jadeite rough stone is from the Moshisha mine. It looks oily on the surface and is an oily-skin material. Let us record the process from rough stone to finished product together!

Let's analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this stone. Look at the picture above. This side of the stone has a sandy transition, with some sand grains raised and some smooth. We judge that there may be mutations in this position. The quality of the place where the sand grains are raised will be better, and the quality of the smooth place may deteriorate.

When the light is turned on, it is completely transparent, the water head is very good, and some parts have reached ice grade.

Then we analyze the cracks of the stone. We can see that there are many directions of cracks on the skin. The cracks with deeper marks are likely to go deeper, and after going deeper, they will have a certain destructive effect on the seed plasm next to the cracks. Shallow cracks on the skin may be hidden because the stone is old enough. As the saying goes, old stones will not crack, so these small cracks are unlikely to grow.

Based on the advantages and disadvantages mentioned above, we can conclude that this stone is a stone with good quality.

Let’s start cutting and see how lucky we are!

After cutting, designing~

Under design~

We first made a piece of work for everyone to appreciate. This piece of material was not very good, and there are a lot of cotton and cracks. Let's take a look at the sculptor's use and design of the material, and how to make the best use of its strengths to make up for the defects.

To be honest, if the sculptor hadn't created and transformed it with great care, the value of this material would be very small. Let's take a look at the sculptor's skillful carving, which is very brilliant, especially the use of these floating flowers as the deer's eyes, which is simply the finishing touch of this work, as if giving it life. Imagine if there was no color on the eyes, the whole work would look very dull.

The whole stone was not in good condition, and the cotton and cracks were not ideal effects. Finally, I would like to thank the carving master for his clever carving that saved our losses and carved out a good work that everyone loves!
