To judge the quality of jadeite, we must first identify which of ABC it is? For the old hands in the jade market, identifying this is certainly a piece of cake. It is said that there are four basic differences between ABC goods. So, what are the four differences between jadeite ABC goods? 1. Different composition The grades of jadeite, A, B and C grade decrease in descending order. To put it simply, grade A is natural jadeite, grade B is made of acid-washed and filled with glue, and grade C is dyed. Grade A jade is naturally generated jade that has not undergone any chemical treatment and is directly carved and processed into jade articles. B-grade jade is natural jade that has been bleached with acid and then injected with glue. C-grade jade is made by adding dyes into natural jade or bleaching it with acid to change its original color. 2. Different colors The luster and texture of pure natural jadeite look the best. A-grade jade is bright and beautiful, with a surface as smooth as glass. It feels warm but not rough, and has no sand holes or pits at all. The luster of A-grade jade is smooth and lively in the sun, and the surface is slightly convex under a magnifying glass. B-grade jade has been treated with acid washing and filling with glue. The surface of this kind of jade made of chemically processed jade is waxy and uneven, rough to handle, and has no luster. When viewed with a magnifying glass, you can vaguely see the fuzzy particles inside, giving it a sense of inferior quality. The luster of C goods is like resin. Like B goods, its luster is dull and lifeless. Because of the addition of dyes, the inside is rough and blurred, forming a mass with poor texture. 3. Different colors To observe the color of jadeite, you need to observe it carefully under fluorescent light, as its true color cannot be fully displayed under sunlight. The color of A-grade products does not change under fluorescent light. B-grade jade may show dots or clumps of fluorescent agent, or appear white under fluorescent light. C-grade jade has been treated with dyes, and the internal color is often unevenly distributed. Under fluorescent light, it is not difficult to see the dye substances distributed along the cracks of the jade texture. 4. Different levels Through the above description, everyone should have a clearer understanding of the grades of jadeite, A, B and C goods. A goods have bright luster, transparent texture and pure color, and are the highest quality materials. B and C goods have undergone certain chemical treatments. In comparison, the texture, luster and color of C goods are not as good as B goods. Therefore, the grades of jadeite, A, B and C goods decrease in sequence. When purchasing jadeite products, you can also use this to distinguish the quality. In addition, regarding the color of jade, different colors of jade are suitable for women of different ages, temperaments and body shapes. The best is Yang Green, followed by red, yellow, and purple. You can choose according to your preferences and needs. fcgc66 fcpf18 |
