Trick 2: Look at the structure

It is the symbol of jadeite and an important basis for experts to identify it with the naked eye. Jade has rich, gorgeous colors, which is also one of the ways we use our naked eyes to identify the authenticity of jade. The color of natural jade is uneven and has color roots. Especially the most precious green, which generally appears in various forms such as dots, veins, filaments, patches, etc. and is accompanied by color roots. Where there is color, there must be a root. This is one of the effective characteristics for identifying jadeite.

Techniques for identifying “color roots”: observe the colored areas on the jade, analyze the color depth distribution, and look for the color source. If the color appears out of thin air or only appears in cracks, it is mostly dyed jade.
