In the composition of the subject, the jade carving master quoted the story of "Magu offering longevity" (Magu offering longevity means: giving things to elders or respected people. It means congratulating people on their birthdays). This is very consistent with the jade lovers' carving intention. This theme not only explores the characteristics of jadeite, but also meets the requests of jade lovers. This is what we often say "Jade follows the destined person"!

Another idea of ​​carving a Buddha statue is to consider it from the perspective of appreciation and the market. For a pure white and colorless jadeite like this with good water quality, the best subject matter is still Buddhist figures, such as Guanyin, Buddha, etc.
