Today I would like to share with you two pieces of yellow jadeite from the Damakan mine. These two seemingly ordinary pieces of material have become heirloom masterpieces after being designed and carved. It is true that in the jadeite industry, the process of mining is not important, the most important thing is to look at the result. These are the design drawings of two pieces of yellow jade.

This is the finished engraving, waiting to be polished.

After polishing, one can see that every eyebrow and eye are meticulously carved, and every hair is meticulously detailed; the icy skin and jade bones are the softness and smoothness unique to jadeite, and the fluttering butterflies are the beautiful romance of butterfly in love with flowers; and there is also a tree of jade color, which adds a bit of brightness. So the picture that originally existed only in poetry is presented to the world by the jade carver.
