What are the three greens of jadeite?

Jade has many colors, and green is one of them. Its value is not high in the jade color family tree. Common jade green colors include: flower green, dry green, and oily green. Due to reasons such as dirty, deep color, and wateriness, these three types of jade are of average value. There are also some with good quality, which are also very expensive. Good quality is not common and is worth collecting.

Oil green: fails in color. The color of oil green is gray with blue or gray with black. The tone is relatively dark and not very pleasing in color. Oily green is just a type of jade named after its color. Therefore, based on the hue of oily green, the quality of the jade is divided into high and low levels, so it also has several grades of high, medium and low. Oily green jade with good quality, fine texture and abundant water content is also a high-end jade.

Ganqing: fails in texture. The color of dry green is dark green, pure and not evil, and often contains black, alternating between green and black. However, the texture of dry green is very rough and accompanied by impurities. It has no transparency at all, so it looks watery to the naked eye and feels very dry.

Anthocyanin: Mainly color disorder. The base color is cyan, with cyan and black mixed together. The color distribution is very chaotic, making it look dirty and messy. The inferior quality of the anthocyanin has a very strong granular feel, and most of them are used to make ornaments and playthings.

Although the above three types of jade are not very popular among jades, they also have their own levels. Under the same conditions, the value of Oil Green is the highest, followed by Flower Green, and the last is Dry Green.
