The unique beauty of the emeralds with various patterns cannot be hidden

It is said that there is no order without rules, so among the many shapes of jade, square and round are the most common. The square ones are cards and the round ones are beads. But jade also has a less regular side. It is neither square nor round, neither flat nor pointed. It is like a free and easy bard, without a fixed shape. That is free-form jade .

What is following the shape?

Suixing, from the surface meaning, means random shapes, not sticking to the original fixed ones , but just like being a vegetarian, some people like to be a vegetarian, while some people have to be a vegetarian, so although it is the same Suixing, the reasons are different.

The former is natural shape, which is simply carved according to the natural form of jade. It does not require deliberate design, but retains its original shape to the greatest extent, giving people the most authentic spiritual and natural beauty.

If there are no two identical jades in the world, then when it comes to this kind of free-form jade, there won’t even be two jades of the same shape in the world. The truly unique, unparalleled, spiritual and unique are the greatest charms of this kind of free-form jade.

The other type is the random-shaped jade made from scraps . Usually when taking large pieces from jade raw materials, there will be some scraps or broken materials left. These materials usually have irregular shapes and many cracks . In order to sell them, they can only avoid cracks as much as possible and make them according to the shape of the materials.

For jade carvers who cherish materials like gold, even this kind of scraps will be carved very carefully, so the jade made from scraps is often very interesting. Of course, if the jade carver’s skills are not up to par, the scraps will appear slightly stiff and awkward.

Compared with these two types of free-form jade, the value of the former is no different from that of regular jade, and it may even be more meaningful to those who like it. The value of the latter is slightly lower, but because it is a scrap, it has a high cost-effectiveness.

The shape of the jadeite

Because of the word "random", there are many shapes of casual jade, but they can also be divided into several common types.

Hills follow the shape

The irregular geometric shape is angular but irregular, like a tiny hill, with a unique style and distinct personality.

Water waves follow the shape

This type of jade is often seen in natural shapes. After peeling off the skin and simply grinding and polishing , the surface of the jade will be like water waves, sparkling and lively.

Leaves follow the shape

This type is often seen in scraps, because this shape is much easier to polish than a circle, without too many trade-offs. It is very suitable for processing scraps and looks good.
