The inlay process is generally divided into computer pattern making, metal pattern making, computer wax spraying, mold pouring, welding, mold holding, inlaying, polishing, electroplating and other processes.

1. Start from computer

According to the designed style drawing, draw the style drawing in the drawing software as the basis for the later style.

2. Computer wax spraying

Through computer control, wax models of styles are made for casting styles.

3. Metal plate

Select the corresponding metal as the packaging material. According to the computer-designed style layout, the packaging material is generally made of 18K gold and other precious metals with higher hardness.

4. Welding

The produced models, or scattered models, are spliced ​​together by welding to become the predetermined style, and the style has taken shape.

5. Model

Trim and assemble the finished mold in the wax board.

6. Apply fire varnish

After the mold is made, the semi-finished product needs to be fixed on the sealing wax and inlaid with diamonds under a 40x magnifying glass.

These were originally manual crafts, and perhaps they will be replaced by machines in the future, and these craftsmen will gradually disappear and be buried. In the future, apart from those expensive high-end jewelry, it may be difficult for ordinary people to afford handmade items.
