When you look at this small piece of jade in a slightly backlit environment, you can't help but feel fond of it. The material is old and has plenty of water, the base is pure and free of impurities, the jade is delicate and moist, and the whole small material is extremely transparent, making people salivate. If there are no cracks, it can be slightly inlaid and made into a pendant and it will become a very valuable jadeite.

It is a pity that when you look at it under a strong light, you can see a long crack on the side of the material. If it is made into a Wu Shi Pai, the water quality is so clear that this long crack will be very conspicuous. Moreover, the most taboo thing about a film is cracks, as cracks do not bode well for the moral. So this material can only be used to make carvings!

Since it is impossible to make a Wu Shi Pai, the composition is to compose a subject of great value. Finally, the jade carving master chooses to carve a standing Guanyin theme. The material is designed with lotus petals to avoid the internal cracks!

After the rough work is completed, the general shape of Guanyin can be seen. The next step is fine-tuning and water adjustment!
