3. Look at the micro-ripples

Since the mineral particles that make up jade have different hardnesses, the polished jade particles are relatively large. When observing the surface of jade with the naked eye under reflected light, one can see that the surface of jade has a slightly uniform bumpy appearance, commonly known as micro-ripples. The surface depressions of fake jade are rough and non-reflective, and there are no microwave patterns on fake jade. Use a magnifying glass of about 10x or 30x to look at the crystals inside to see if there are any small spider-web-like cracks. The color is in the cracks. If it is on the surface of the jade, it is basically fake.

4. Look at the surface
